App crashes
We are sorry to hear you’re having this issue!
It’d be great if you can send us a crash log at [email protected]. That will help us identify what's going wrong.
To get your crash log — you can follow these instructions:
iOS instructions (for iOS 11 or later)
- Go to your device's Settings app, and tap Privacy > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data.
- Scroll through this list to find Hopscotch events. See screenshot below. The list is alphabetical.
- Tap one of these events, and tap the share icon at the top right.
- Email it to [email protected]
