How to recover your purchase

If you’re having trouble accessing your subscription account or your one-time purchase, please try these steps:

1. Open the app

2. Press the green button 'Get started'.

3. Choose the option 'I'm a parent'.

4. Press 'Try for free'.

5. Press the button 'Restore subscription'.

6. Put your year of birth.

7. Sign in with your iTunes email.

If this doesn’t help, please send us a screenshot of your "About" section at [email protected]. Here’s how you can find it:

- Open Hopscotch.

- Go to your profile (tap "Me").

- Go to the settings menu (tap the gear shift icon)

- Tap "About".

- Take a screenshot, and email it to me.
